Our courses generally now run in 3 week blocks (2 hours each session, rather than 6 weeks).> We have found this structure is easier for people to commit to, and still allows you to experience the benefits of regular meditation (unlike a one off workshop), as well as to observe your own personal growth as the course progresses. Two different topics are covered each week, with several guided meditations woven in throughout the 2 hour session so you can immerse yourself in the concepts in a practical way and simply just relax and enjoy. The topics of each session lead on to the next.
